Can we get it together? .

Life can be funny with its ebb and flow, some months or years things can be going amazing and then some of them not so much.  Is it designed that way or are we designing it that way?
If we accept what is and don’t change the direction we want to go we must accept what is… and what if we don’t accept what is? What if what is sucks? Like the reality of our current president? Do we just wait for it to shift even if we don’t know how to make change?  These are just a few of the ‘opportunities’ to grow that I am personally facing, and knowing how everything is connected and we are collectively connected, I know I can’t be alone here.  But how do we make that shift and change? What is the motivating factor? Unhappiness? Stress? Frustration?

Change only happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.

Well, I for one am over the pain of staying the same.  This morning I woke up at the crack of dawn and headed to my local coffee shop for a morning brisk walk.  I created my day and walked my power walk, positively sharing with my mind how amazingly successful and wealthy I am and have always been.  ( I do this to create a new neuronet for what I desire, not what is)  Then I came to a local space to review some old emails and get past the ‘static’ quo.  For myself, I have taken a much needed “MIND” break from working, after I sold my business where I have been working for over 10 years (A LOT!).  So this year I have been doing “mindless” Sales jobs, some marketing and Ubering to get by, convincing myself that the perfect opportunity would come to me when I was ready. And while opportunities have come to me, I didn’t partake in my dreams and desires, I was just accepting what is coming to me on all levels, which is absolutely not the type of person I came in this world to be.  Last night, after a long absence I attended a GONG nurturing restorative Yoga class that connected me back into source. Remembering that the Source we share is always there for us and by connecting back in we are connected back to our guidance system for us.

I want change! And that being said, I’m an AQUARIUS who has shiney object syndrome so how do we get help? Ask… and it is always provided. This morning after running through emails, I was sent a Challenge, from a friend and a site called The Better Life.  It seems a sort of game with videos to support us in creating a better life for ourselves?
