A mystery shopper is a person or service who visits a place of business, retail store or restaurant for the purpose of observing and measuring the quality of service, presentation, experience and the total retail environment of the establishment in general.

The Company Evaluation is a 33 point review to establish what areas of business are a success and what areas are challenged, in the categories of Customer Service, Social Media & Marketing, Retail Experience. The intent of this evaluation is point out the areas in which your company can improve and to increase traffic to your location, keep your customers and invite through their experience to be your word of mouth marketing team.
